Prof. Gourav Dwivedi is a faculty of Operations & Supply Chain Management at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. With over a decade of experience spanning both academia and industry, Prof. Dwivedi brings a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical insights to the classroom. His expertise covers a wide range of critical areas in supply chain management, including distributed manufacturing, logistics modelling, Industry 4.0 technologies, behavioural operations, and business sustainability. Prof. Dwivedi actively collaborates with industry partners and government organisations on projects that have a tangible impact on operational efficiency, sustainability, and social development. As an educator, Prof. Dwivedi is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of supply chain leaders. He has designed and delivered numerous executive education programmes, workshops, and courses, covering topics such as supply chain management, analytics, project management, and entrepreneurship development. His teaching is characterized by a focus on practical applications and real-world case studies, ensuring that participants gain the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their careers. He has published his research in leading international journals and presented at international conferences. He is also the co-author of the Indian subcontinent adaptation of “Supply Chain Management: Strategy, Planning, and Operation,” a leading SCM textbook globally.

Refund Policy

  • Candidates can withdraw within 15 days from the programme start date. A total of 80% received will be refunded. However, the applicable tax amount paid will not be refund amount.

  • Candidates withdrawing after 15 days from the start of the programme session will not be refund.

  • If you wish to withdraw from the programme, you must email cepaccounts@admin and cepdelhi@digivarsity.com, stating your intent to withdraw. The refund, if applicable, within 30 working days from the date of receiving the withdrawal request
