Professor Kumar Neeraj Jha

KUMAR NEERAJ JHA, PhD is a professor of civil engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He started his career with Larsen and Toubro Ltd. and was instrumental in the successful completion of a number of construction projects. He has published more than 150 papers in a number of international and national journals and conference proceedings.
He has supervised 20 PhD Students and more than 100 MTech students. His books, Construction Project Management, Formwork and Scaffold Engineering, and Construction Safety Management (published by Pearson Education) as well as Determinants of Construction Project Success in India (published by Springer) and Construction Company Management (published by Taylor and Francis Group), are widely accepted as textbooks in different universities. He teaches Programmes in construction engineering and management.
He has conducted a number of training programmes for practitioners and academics and has been involved in a number of consultancy and sponsored research projects of national importance. He is a reviewer of all major journals in the area of construction engineering and management and is the Editor-in-chief of Journal of Safety Engineering.

Prof. RAVI SHANKAR is Professor (HAG) in the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in the Department of Management Studies. His teaching, research and corporate training are primarily in the area Operations and Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Decision Sciences, and Business Analytics & Optimization. He is the Fellow of “Indian National Academy of Engineers (FNAE),” “World Academy of Productivity Science (FWAPS)”, and “Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering (FIIE)”. The 2nd Edition of Research.com movement (2022) ranked Prof. Ravi Shankar as the best (1st Rank) scientist in India and 101st best globally in the arena of Business and Management. Prof. Shankar appeared in the 2022 list of Elsevier’s Top 2% list Indian Productive Researchers in the business and management category on a single year basis.
In 2018, from the Minister of Human Resource Development (Govt. of India), he received the “Outstanding Faculty Award” for being the “The Most Research Proficient Faculty of India in management area.” In year 2016, a research paper published in Omega: An International Journal of Management Science has ranked him as the top-most productive researcher in the Business-schools in India. He was also ranked as the top Indian researcher in Logistics by leading area experts in German Universities. Prof. Shankar is the recipient of ‘Dr. R. P. Mohanty Gold Medal for Outstanding Teacher’ from Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering (IIIE), Mumbai India. He has strong academic collaborations with many leading business schools in UK, USA, Thailand, Denmark, Vietnam, etc.
Prof Ravi Shankar co-authored textbooks on Operations & Supply Chain Management, Management of Technology, and Strategic Management of Technological Innovation. His research citations exceed 46,000 with an H-index of 92 (till Sept 2025), which is one of the highest in any Business Schools in India. He regularly conducts training programs, through online E-learning platforms as well as face-to-face interactions, for working professionals in industries and academia, in the broad area of Operations & Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Six-sigma: Green-belt, and Business Analytics & Optimization.

Participants who score at least 50% in the evaluation components and maintain a minimum of more than 50% attendance in both lectures and tutorials will be awarded a completion certificate. Participants who are unable to score 50% in the evaluation components will be eligible for a participation certificate if their attendance is above 50% in both lectures and tutorials. We encourage you to attend all the live sessions and make the best out of these interactive learning experiences.

Refund Policy
Candidates can withdraw within 15 days from the Programme Start Date. A total of 80% of the total fee received will be refunded. However, the applicable tax amount paid will not be refunded on the amount paid.
If you wish to withdraw from the programme, you must email cepaccounts@admin.iitd.in and iitd.execed@emeritus.org, stating your intent to withdraw. The refund, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days from the date of receiving the withdrawal request.
