Prof. Gourav Dwivedi is a faculty of Operations & Supply Chain Management at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. With over a decade of experience spanning both academia and industry, Prof. Dwivedi brings a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical insights to the classroom. His expertise covers a wide range of critical areas in supply chain management, including distributed manufacturing, logistics modelling, Industry 4.0 technologies, behavioural operations, and business sustainability. Prof. Dwivedi actively collaborates with industry partners and government organizations on projects that have a tangible impact on operational efficiency, sustainability, and social development. As an educator, Prof. Dwivedi is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of supply chain leaders. He has designed and delivered numerous executive education programs, workshops, and courses, covering topics such as supply chain management, analytics, project management, and entrepreneurship development. His teaching is characterized by a focus on practical applications and real-world case studies, ensuring that participants gain the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their careers. He has published his research in leading international journals and presented at international conferences. He is also the co-author of the Indian subcontinent adaptation of “Supply Chain Management: Strategy, Planning, and Operation,” a leading SCM textbook globally.
Programme Sample Certificate
Participants must attend at least 60% of lectures and tutorials to be eligible for any e-certificate in the programme. Those who achieve over 50% marks will be awarded an e-certificate of completion, while those who do not meet the above 50% mark criteria but meet 60% of lecture attendance will receive an e-certificate of Participation. We encourage you to attend all the live sessions and make the best out of these interactive learning experiences. Post-session recordings will be available for revision two months after the programme is completed.

Note:
GST @ 18% will be charged extra in addition to the fee.
Refund Policy
Candidates can withdraw within 15 days of the programme start date. A total of 80% of the total fee received will be refunded. However, the applicable tax amount paid will not be refunded on the paid amount.
Candidates withdrawing after 15 days from the start of the programme session will not be eligible for any refund.
If you wish to withdraw from the programme, you must email cepaccounts@admin.iitd.ac.in and cepdelhi@digivarsity.com, stating your intent to withdraw. The refund, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days from the date of receiving the withdrawal request.
